I’m starting a clean eating diet soon, which will be a struggle and take a lot of will power which I lack when it comes to food. I hope to be able to do a weekly and monthly update, starting the beginning of May.
I’m looking and moving into my own apartment in June, the month of my Birthday. I will be 35, and want to live healthiest, happiest and successful life. That includes the food I put into my book.
I bought a book called “SUPER FOODS EVERY DAY” by Sue Quinn, to help me on this journey and can wait to document the results.
